Princess Kiana

October 20, 2013

Our family thanks the Lord that all my parents’ grandkids love and serve Jesus. Kiana, my brother and his wife’s oldest, has helped her parents with their ministry in Japan every summer since she was a toddler. She is fluent in Japanese and is a great witness and friend to the students in Japan. During the rest of every year, she has helped her parents in their ministry with the University of Texas’ international students. And this, even while she keeps excellent grades. In fact, this year she is in the top 3% of her class, academically.

It was exciting that, a few weeks ago, Kiana was voted, by popular vote, to be the princess of her junior class. Below are some photos of their “Homecoming”, as well as some showing her cheering in her Indian princess outfit, since she was already their football team’s mascot.

Kiana is very sweet and is dearly loved by many, but especially by all our family. May the Lord continue to bless her whole life.

with love,
